Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, seeks a Part-Time Server to deliver attentive hospitality within a fast-paced golf club environment. As part of Troon, you will greet guests, describe menu specials, take and deliver orders, and ensure timely service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and roughly two years of serving experience; must meet state age requirements for alcohol service. Regular attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and performs side work duties.
• Manages checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
• Follows established standards for greeting, service, and order delivery.
• Practices safe work habits and supports other duties as required.
