Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant. You will help guests with golf shop operations, assist the golf professional staff, and support merchandise sales in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The position offers $15.00 per hour with early morning shifts and opportunities to learn and grow within Troon’s global golf and hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Basic golf knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work early morning hours.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trained
• Issue receipts for guest purchases
• Take messages for staff or guests
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operation supplies
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the close of the day
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
