PART-TIME CLINICAL THERAPIST / COUNSELOR

Certus Psychiatry is a leading mental health practice, with tremendous growth and a passion to better serve our patients and providers. We are seeking a compassionate and positive Mental Health Therapist LCSW or LCMHC to provide therapeutic support for patients with behavioral health issues.

The Therapist will work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and other practitioners in outpatient settings, providing plans for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow-up care, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating the treatment process with appropriate team members.

This position is PART TIME / 1099 - Ideal for someone looking for schedule flexibility. IN-OFFICE/REMOTE WINSTON-SALEM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Recommending treatment plans and following treatment outcomes.
2. Active participation in case conferences and related team-based meetings.
3. Working with the clinical staff towards the integration of patient health with behavioral health.
4. Providing client education on behavioral health issues and strategies for recovery.

Requirements:

1. Has a master’s degree in Human Service field required (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, LCMHC, LCMH-A, LCSW, or LCSW-A) and will be able to join the private insurance panels. Cognitive behavior therapy skills are required for this position.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Familiarity with EMR programs.
5. Confidence to work independently, via TELEHEALTH and/or IN OFFICE.
6. Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients.

This job is commission-based / 1099, you'll get paid a % of the collections.
