Thriveworks is seeking Part-Time Clinicians to provide telehealth services to Massachusetts-licensed clinicians, with eligibility to work remotely in the United States.

Position offers fee-for-service compensation up to $66,500 annually, depending on licensure level, session volume, and bonuses. Responsibilities include direct counseling, documentation, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and MA licensure to practice independently.
• Informed on state tele-health policies and best practices.
• Comfortable using technology for remote sessions.
• Ability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform.
• Polished and professional virtual presence.
• Experience treating a variety of conditions with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work remotely with secure setup.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 15+ direct counseling sessions per week.
• Take concurrent notes during sessions and maintain documentation.
• Develop treatment plans and required documentation.
• Attend weekly synchronous Health team meetings.
• Advocate for Participant decisions on clinical needs.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to meet participant needs.
• Contribute to outreach and marketing materials for telehealth services.
• Escalate participant concerns to appropriate channels when needed.
• Stay updated on new developments in clinical care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous Tufts) - RemoteThriveworks is currently seeking Part-Time Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Massachusetts**Candidate can live in any state in the USA but MUST be licensed in the state of MassachusettsAbout the JobThe Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world-class clinical experience. This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the Health Care Industry at large. The Specialist delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed-upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing. The Specialist partners closely with the Operations team to improve experiences of processes of efficiency and ease of access, as well as with the Clinical team to improve the delivery of clinical care and support.Compensation: Fee for Service position up to $66,500 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProductivity standards may vary by customer contract; however, below are the general standards that will apply:15+ completed sessions of direct counseling care per weekConcurrent note-taking during sessionsTreatment plans and other documentation as requiredTreatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting Advocates for the Participant on decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customer’s needs being met Brings successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participantsSupports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health’s services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e., conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.) Serve as the first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience Reports to the Operations team as the second point of escalation if participants’ concerns are unresolved Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques Other duties as assignedRequirementsLicensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and living (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of MAInformed on state tele-health policiesComfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-healthCapability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platformPolished, professional virtual presenceStrong ability to identify markers for an appropriate level of care to meet patient needsExperience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary teamAbility to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)Ability to work remotely, in a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)Access to smartphone, laptop, and internet connectionMust pass a background checkBilingual a plusBenefitsWe do the heavy lifting so you can focus on care.
