Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as Clinical Research Coordinator.
• 1+ year experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials.
• 1+ year experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Formal training in HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Formal training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Strong organizational skills with multi-task management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for educating participants and collaborating with staff.
• Ability to interpret protocol-defined eligibility criteria during reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review EMRs to assess eligibility per protocol.
• Pre-screen potential participants for eligibility.
• Recruit and enroll participants per study protocols.
• Educate participants about procedures, risks, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing communication with participants for retention.
• Schedule visits and reminders for participants.
• Document interactions in EMR promptly.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with research staff on trial operations.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
