Actalent is seeking a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator for a immunology trial based in The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on patient recruitment, chart review, and ongoing participant support, approximately 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in clinical trial recruitment, EMR/EDC experience, and training in HIPAA and GCP. This onsite position reports to the research team at the The Woodlands site.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Minimum 2 years in patient recruitment for clinical trials.
• Experience with EMR and EDC systems.
• Training in HIPAA regulations.
• Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Review EMR to evaluate potential participants against study criteria.
• Pre-screen potential participants for eligibility.
• Recruit and enroll participants per study protocols.
• Educate participants about the trial procedures, risks, benefits, and follow-up.
• Enter study data into EDC with accuracy.
• Maintain source documents and audit-ready records.
• Resolve EDC data queries.
• Retrieve medical records and maintain documentation.
