Responsibilities

• Assist with participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment for clinical research studies
• Coordinate patient scheduling for study visits and follow-up appointments
• Contact participants by phone and/or email for reminders and retention efforts
• Support the informed consent process under investigator supervision
• Maintain accurate research records and study documentation
• Assist with data collection and general research workflow coordination
• Communicate effectively with participants, investigators, and staff about scheduling needs
• Ensure research activities comply with policies and approved protocols
• Perform additional coordination and administrative tasks as needed
