Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care, including literature review and therapy design.
• Counsels patients and caregivers on medication therapy, adverse effects, and proper use.
• Adjusts and monitors patient-specific regimens based on literature and policies.
• Reviews medication orders and supports medication safety and quality initiatives.
