Job summary

Qualifications

• Licenses and certifications: Medication Therapy Services in MO, RPh.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital or clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of medication management, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and oversee technicians and interns while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Participate in training, drug information, and care transitions.
• Evaluate medication orders for safety and efficacy, document activities, and provide clinical guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve medication safety and operational efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Doctorate preferred (PharmD)
