Vetted Solutions is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the inpatient pharmacy team, focusing on medication management, clinical dosing, monitoring, and oncology/infusion services to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, participating in meetings, serving as a medication therapy resource, evaluating orders, and documenting activities to promote safety and efficiency, while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and MO license to practice as Pharmacist.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy is preferred along with 2-5 years of experience.
