• Licensed as a Pharmacist (RPh) with Medication Therapy Services certification in MO.
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Serve as a medication therapy resource, evaluating medication orders for appropriateness based on patient condition.
