Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team, supporting medication management, clinical dosing, monitoring initiatives, and oncology/infusion services to enhance patient care. You will supervise technicians and interns, review orders for appropriateness, educate patients, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve safety and outcomes.

Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage may be required; we offer health insurance, retirement

Qualifications

• MO licensure for Medication Therapy Services and RPh credential
• Strong knowledge of medication management, patient assessment, and safety protocols
• Ability to supervise staff and collaborate with healthcare teams; effective communication

Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental meetings and committees, providing expertise on medication therapy, drug information, and staff training

• Counsel and educate patients to promote optimal drug therapy and support medication procurement, storage, and disposal
