Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Part-time Nutrition Services Aide to support patient care by coordinating menu selections and educating patients with moderately complex diets. You will also help maintain patient data in our electronic records system and ensure dietary needs are met throughout the day.

This role involves answering calls, processing diet orders, assembling tray tickets, and posting production tallies.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience in service or healthcare settings.
• Basic diet and nutrition knowledge with strong time management and organizational skills.
• CRT-accredited food handler, allergy certificate and protection manager within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Answers telephone and processes diet orders, special diet instructions, transfers, discharges and guest tray information.
• Updates and maintains patient data files within appropriate software system/database.
• Assembles tray tickets/menus, verifies consistency with the software and makes adjustments as needed.
• May write special diets as needed and posts production tallies for food items.
