Grace Community Care and Homes Inc. is developing its Mental Health department and seeks a Clinical Director Outpatient Mental Health. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

This is a planned part-time position located in New Jersey with on-site or community assignments as applicable. Pay: $48-$58 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifikationen

• NJ clinical license and supervisory qualifications appropriate to final program model; mental-health leadership experience.
• Final director eligibility must be verified for the license pursued.
• Applicants should provide credentials, experience, availability and a resume.
• Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Develop the outpatient program, supervise within credential scope, establish assessment and treatment workflows, oversee documentation, staffing and clinical quality.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams. Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies.
