Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Mental Health department and seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

Location is New Jersey with on-site or community assignments. This part-time role offers pay of $30-$40 per hour based on qualifications and experience, with paid time off and sick leave. Start date and duties depend on approvals and staffing readiness.

Formación

• Active NJ independent clinical license appropriate to the service (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or psychologist) and supervision where required.
• Part-time role with schedule discussed during hiring.
• Credentials and availability to be provided with resume.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessments and individual, group or family therapy within credentials; develop treatment plans, document progress and coordinate referrals and safety planning.
• Work with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
