Job summary

BrentCare Behavioral Health is seeking PRN overnight staff in Boise, Idaho, to support adolescents with mental health and substance use challenges. You will work 12-hour shifts (6p–6a) and transport clients as needed, while ensuring safety and documenting activities.

Applicants must have a valid Idaho driver’s license, be at least 21, pass background and drug screenings, and be able to lift 25+ lbs; CPR/First Aid may be required. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+ lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred— will be required to obtain).
• Current TB test (will be required to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement/enforce house rules.
• Transport clients with company vehicle.
• Supervise clients on outings.
• Group facilitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Other tasks as assigned.

SCHEDULES

• We are hiring PRN staff for the overnight shifts. We run 12 hour shifts 6p-6a.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• 12 hour shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability required

Please Note:

Overnight positions are awake shifts. Staff are required to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.

Education

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
