Job summary

Seattle Humane in Bellevue, WA is seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator to provide compassionate client, staff, and volunteer support in a multi-doctor clinic. Duties include receptionist tasks, data entry, scheduling, and handling payments, with a focus on humane animal care and education.

The role requires bilingual Spanish speakers preferred, veterinary experience is a plus, and the candidate should be able to work at Bellevue locations outside Seattle Humane campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary setting or animal welfare field preferred.
• Must read, write, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly preferred.
• Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Office programs, databases, email, and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Book spay/neuter appointments, intake/discharge, and community clinic scheduling.
• Maintain client database and communicate about appointments, medications, and support.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide information about Seattle Humane services.
• Balance Veterinary Services till and ensure payments are received accurately for services rendered.
• Coordinate with internal outreach programs and refer clients to appropriate resources.
