Amegy Bank in Houston's Westchase area seeks a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide friendly, accurate banking service and handle routine transactions. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and support branch operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role offers a 20-hour week schedule, including Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with opportunities to grow within the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in customer service, banking, cash handling, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic math and computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banking products is a plus and cross-selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within limits and balance cash drawer.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Handle account maintenance, transfers, payments, and counter checks.
• Cross-sell products to deepen client relationships while complying with regulations.
