Job summary

Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is hiring a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Missouri City, TX branch. You will serve customers, handle transactions, and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship-building, and accurate cash handling. 20 hours weekly with a fixed day shift, offering benefits and growth opportunities within the bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and proficiency with computers and cash handling systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of banking products is a plus.
• Reliability and good time management.
• Experience with sales/referral goals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately within authorized limits while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and cash controls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Perform account maintenance, issue counter checks, process transfers, and accept loan payments.
• Cross-sell banking products to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate as needed.
• Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve individual and team goals.
• Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
