Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's California Bank & Trust unit seeks a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Acton, CA branch. You will greet clients, process transactions, and support daily banking needs with a focus on accurate balancing and friendly service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm with benefits starting on day one and opportunities to grow in a community-focused banking environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.
• Good math skills and balancing ability.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, transfers, checks, ATM cards, and payments.
• Resolve client questions by providing solutions or referrals as needed.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
• May be reassigned to a nearby location within 30 miles as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Acton, CA branch. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional and personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs. Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record




• Identifies and addresses clients’ needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation of ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.




• Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources




• Identifies and maximizes cross-selling bank opportunities through exploring needs




• You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice




• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience




• Advance knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking




• Working knowledge of math




• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills




• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs

Schedule:Part-time, Monday — Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm
