California Bank & Trust seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Acton, CA branch to be the face of the bank and deliver personalized service for daily banking needs.

You will handle transactions, support account needs, and help clients with cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accuracy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policy and balance expectations.
• Assist clients with openings, account maintenance, ATM cards, transfers, and payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• May be reassigned to another branch within 30 miles with notice.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a customer-focused full-timeClient Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Acton**, CA branch**. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional, personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identifies and addresses clients’ needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternate branch or bank resources.
• Identifies and maximizes cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
• You may be reassigned to an alternate branch location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
