Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, leveraging tablets and queues.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
