Job summary

Catholic Charities USA in Castle Rock, Colorado, is seeking a part-time Client Advocate to provide case management and connect clients with vital resources. In this role, you will help individuals and families facing housing or economic instability find stability and hope through supportive services.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, experience in the human services field, and strong interpersonal skills. This position offers $20.70 – $22/hour for 28 hours a week with benefits including paid time off and public service loan forgiveness eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the human services field preferred.
• Experience with low income and homeless populations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply culturally appropriate skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client screening and intake.
• Provide strength-based case management services.
• Manage cases related to self-sufficiency programs.
• Perform data entry into the case management database.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
