The City of Chicopee is seeking a Part-Time Clerk for the Registrar of Voters department. Under supervision, you will provide clerical support, handle customer service, and maintain records. Evening meetings and minutes preparation are part of the role.

About the Job The City of Chicopee's City Council is seeking a Part Time Clerk. Under supervision, this position is the part-time clerical support to the City Council Office responsible for customer service, maintain computer record files, support to the City Council, support to the City Council staff, attends evening meetings, prepares minutes of meetings, proper and legal mailings within a proper time frame, prepares hearings in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, prepares agenda orders, ordinances and committee reports, and any other office and/or clerical duties as needed for the City Council Office.
$18.57 per hour. Expected Hours of Work This is a Part-Time, 19 hours
per week position, with no set schedule, Monday - Friday with occasional
evenings.
