Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. in New London, CT is seeking a reliable cleaning professional for part-time 2nd shift. The role focuses on delivering day-to-day cleaning and maintenance services to diverse facilities, from office buildings to hospitals and educational spaces.

Responsibilities include restroom servicing, trash removal, floor care, window cleaning, and general dusting, all performed with attention to safety and cleanliness. Shift runs 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with soapy water or cleaners.
