Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time janitorial team member to provide day-to-day cleaning and maintenance services for multiple facilities in Seattle.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding cleaning, safety, and customer service to tenants and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, common areas, and meeting spaces; restocking supplies; reporting maintenance issues; and upholding safety procedures with cleaning agents and equipment.

Qualifications

• English communication with tenants, visitors and staff for a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, hallways, break rooms.
• Service, sanitize, and restock restrooms and supplies.
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow procedures for safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Respond promptly to spills, cleaning requests, and other situations requiring immediate attention to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Follow established procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners, cleaning agents, and power equipment.

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, or using appropriate floor care equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other building surfaces.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, equipment, vents, and other surfaces.
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as needed throughout the workday.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms, common areas, or event spaces as requested.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety concerns, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform light exterior cleaning, including maintaining entrances, walkways, and removing litter around the building.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to tenants, visitors, clients, and staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
