Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a dedicated cleaning and maintenance professional to deliver day-to-day service to our customers across diverse facilities. This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and reliable execution of tasks.

You will service restrooms, empty trash, clean floors, windows, and furnishings, and follow chemical cleaner procedures while maintaining building security.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks like locking doors after hours.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms to high standards.
• Gather and empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment use to prevent damage.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, and clean windows and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.

• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Supervisar la seguridad y protección del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave después de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.

• Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
