• Lead small groups and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Monitor students in multiple settings to ensure safety and positive learning environments.
• Prepare teaching materials and reports to document progress.
• Assist with supervising substitute lessons and emergency classroom coverage.
• Maintain regular attendance and support administration as needed.
