Northern Kentucky Area Development District seeks an organized municipal records support specialist to prepare meeting documents, publicize sessions, and record outcomes. The role also handles city licensing, records custody, and liaison duties for the Mayor and Council.
The position requires Word/Excel proficiency, basic office skills, and strong communication. Some after-hours work may be required, with compensation starting at $600 monthly for about 10 hours per month.
Individual must work every Wednesday at the city building (226 Boone Street, Bromley) during the office hours of 9:00 am to 11:00 am and are required to be in attendance at all monthly Council Meetings as well as any Special Meetings that arise. Additional work outside of office hours may be required and is expected if the need arises but can be done at home, if the task allows.
Compensation: Starting compensation is $600 monthly and average time spent is 10 hours a month depending on work requirements.
