Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to provide meaningful behavioral-health services to children and families in the Toledo area. This part-time opportunity supports flexible weekly scheduling and collaboration with schools, educators, and other behavioral-health professionals to make a visible community impact.

You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, and document care with fidelity while helping clients

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Education
