Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, licensed Part-Time Therapists to provide meaningful behavioral-health services to children and families in the Marion and Bowling Green communities.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility in their weekly schedules while making a tangible difference through school- and community-based services and collaboration with educators and other behavioral-health professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
