Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is seeking experienced, mission-driven Contract Therapists to provide high-quality behavioral-health services to children and families in Marion and Bowling Green. As an independent contractor, you will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, perform assessments, and coordinate with schools and families, while maintaining clinical documentation and meeting ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience serving children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and clinical responsibilities independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to serve the assigned location.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-informed interventions based on client needs
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
