Job summary

Bright Horizons in the United States is seeking a part-time Cook to plan and prepare nutritious, family-style meals that support children's health, growth, and learning. Your careful kitchen care helps create a warm, predictable routine for children, educators, and staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food handler certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Nutrition coursework or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare balanced, family-style meals and snacks following menus and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen following sanitation and health procedures.
• Manage food inventory and place orders with approved vendors in coordination with staff.
