Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking caring and energetic Child Care Attendants to provide a safe, welcoming environment for children on client sites. Responsibilities include supervising play, planning activities, and ensuring safety. Competitive pay ranges from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour, with benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 45 days of hire.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly and accurately.
• Computer proficiency including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents and engage with them to understand child needs.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and help with games and tasks.
• Observe and play with children to support development.
• Ensure children are safe and engaged in activities.
• Participate in activities: reading, painting, crafts, play.
• Sanitize toys and play equipment.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
