Job summary

Chaplain role at MCHAP is a remote part-time position serving Quincy, IL and client sites as needed. Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual support to employees and immediate families.
• Make regular site visits and coordinate with company leadership and HR.
• Offer confidential conversations, grief support, and referrals as needed.
• Assist in planning and attending funerals or memorials for employees or families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups.
• May facilitate spiritual enrichment activities and provide ministry resources.
• Represents chaplain services to clients and coordinates with leadership as needed.
• Participation in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
