Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites to build trusting relationships
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and bereavement support
• Offer support during serious illness, grief, and personal crises
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance when needed
• Represent the company in ministry-related communications
• participate in new employee orientation about Employee Care Service
