Giant Food in Maryland seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacist in providing safe, accurate and efficient pharmacy services. This role fills and labels prescriptions, maintains patient records, and helps with inventory control, following state and federal regulations.

Under supervision, you will assist with health screenings and immunizations as needed, process transactions, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience for patients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Support – Assist the pharmacist with filling, labeling, and processing prescriptions while maintaining accurate patient records and compliance with regulations.
• Customer Care & Clinical Services – Provide friendly service by answering questions, assisting with health screenings, supporting immunization services, and processing transactions.
• Inventory & Safety – Manage ordering, stocking, and organization of medications and supplies while ensuring proper storage, handling, and safety standards.
