Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in retail or pharmacy operations preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Support - Assist the pharmacist with filling, labeling, and processing prescriptions while maintaining accurate patient records and compliance with regulations.
• Customer Care & Clinical Services - Provide friendly service by answering questions, assisting with health screenings, supporting immunization services, and processing transactions.
• Inventory & Safety - Manage ordering, stocking, and organization of medications and supplies while ensuring proper storage, handling, and safety standards.
