Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• PHT - Registered Pharmacy Technician, CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician, or PHARMINT - Pharmacist Intern as applicable.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; knowledge of ADC, inventory, and Ga. Pharmacy law.
• Basic computer skills, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, dispense medications under supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Fill, label, and initial medication bags for pharmacist verification.
• Bulk dispense and unit-dose preparation across multiple units.
• Operate ADC, load medications, track par levels, and generate reports.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure USP compliance.
• Restock medications and assist with recalls and investigations as needed.
• Provide professional customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
