Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant with current license.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home health experience.
- Ability to provide personal care with empathy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under RN supervision.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
