Job summary

BrightStar Care in Jefferson County, WI is seeking CNAs and Caregivers for 12-hour shifts. This part-time (hourly) position offers opportunities to provide daily living assistance, hygiene care, meal prep, and vital sign monitoring to clients in their homes.

Roles include caregiving, HHA, or PCA duties with CPR certification preferred. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth are available in a locally owned BrightStar agency.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred; we will help you get certified.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for client care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene care such as bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Prepare and administer meals according to client’s diet.
• Take and record vital signs and track height/weight when needed.
• Assist with range of motion as per care plan and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Aid client in walking and transportation to appointments, activities, and errands.
• Create a safe home environment by following policies and procedures.
• Uphold client rights and ensure respectful, person-centered care.
