Medilodge of Cheboygan is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents under supervision. You will respond to signals, help with grooming, feeding, mobility, and comfort.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and reliable teamwork in a long-term care setting in Michigan. Qualified applicants hold a Michigan CNA certification and at least six months of experience; High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to signal lights and resident needs.
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and continence care.
• Assist with feeding and meal trays.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and mobility to wheelchair.
• Turn and position residents in bed.
• Assist with ambulation for short distances in the facility.
• Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration as directed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range‑of‑motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
