Job summary

Center for Primary Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (part-time) to support providers in delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. The role focuses on clinical and administrative duties in a busy primary care setting at CPC’s multi-practice network in the CSRA.

The CMA will prepare patients for visits, document clinical information, assist with exams, and coordinate care with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical office preferred (1+ year).
• Certified/Registered MA or LPN with BLS or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits and document clinical information.
• Assist with examinations and procedures; maintain patient flow.
• Administer medications and immunizations per certification.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
