Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Nursing certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain residents' rights with dignity and respect.
• Attend in-service and continue education per state regulations.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow community dress code and maintain professional appearance.
• Document clearly and accurately in resident records.
