Job summary

Navion of Cotswold seeks Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration and resident care oversight in an assisted living and memory care community. This is a part-time role on the 3rd shift. Team members gain access to earned wages through Tapcheck as part of the compensation experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident dignity, following HIPAA, and ensuring safety while documenting care and changes in condition for supervisor review.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Promotes residents' rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and continuing education as required by state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
• Documentation is completed in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Reports changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor promptly.
