Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Certified Med Tech to support residents with medication administration and daily care. The role requires NJ CMA certification and a NJ HHA/CNA credential, with shifts around 22.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NJ state CMA certification.
• Valid NJ HHA or CNA certification required.
• Experience with seniors in assisted living or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with medication for residents under RN delegation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support resident care per individual care plans and preserve dignity and privacy.
• Complete required medication training and company training modules.
