Samuel Contract Staffing is seeking a licensed Pathologist to serve as part-time Center Medical Director for a plasma collection facility in Indiana. You will provide clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA, FDA, and state requirements.

Responsibilities include monthly reviews of laboratory quality control, donor suitability, staff training, and adverse event reports, with flexible scheduling to fit your existing practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pathologist with an unrestricted license in the operating state.
• Medical degree in pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory oversight: Serve as the designated Medical/Laboratory Director to satisfy CLIA, FDA, and state regulations.
• Quality review: Conduct monthly reviews of center laboratory quality control logs, proficiency testing, and center safety protocols.
• Donor & staff support: Review complex donor suitability cases, oversee medical staff training certifications, and address adverse event reports.
• Audit preparation: Ensure the center remains audit-ready for internal, federal, and state regulatory inspections.
