Job summary

Mathnasium of Delaware is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Center Director to join our founding team and help shape the culture from day one. You’ll work closely with the Center Director on educational and business operations, supporting students, families, and instructors.

We offer after-school hours and weekends, a supportive environment, comprehensive training in the Mathnasium Method, customer service, enrollment, and center operations, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in working with children and helping them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director with educational and day-to-day operations of the center.
• Identify students’ needs and support development of learning plans.
• Assist with prospective-family inquiries, consultations, and enrollments.
• Build relationships with parents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate student progress and celebrate achievements.
• Support instructors during learning sessions and coordinate activities.
• Help manage engagement and flow of the center.
• Assist with scheduling and day-to-day operations.
• Step in to support math instruction when needed.
