Job summary

Mathnasium is hiring an Assistant Center Director to partner with the Center Director, build a high-energy team, and drive student success in math tutoring for K-12. You will empower students to excel with personalized lessons and test prep, guiding operations and curriculum execution.

This full-time role offers leadership development, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a 30–35 hour workweek. No management experience?

Qualifications

• Requires math skills through Algebra I (Geometry a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text).
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
