Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Medical card required.
• Background checks, SORI checks, drug and driving tests will be conducted.
• Must be over 20 years of age due to insurance requirements, customer service experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons politely and assist them.
• Safely shuttle customers to destinations.
• Open and close doors for patrons.
• Adhere to traffic laws for safe shuttle operation.
• Communicate with customers and crew via radio.
• Perform pre-trip inspections per safety requirements.
• Record passenger counts and trip times.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Operate wheelchair lift and secure chairs when needed.
